The exclusive amenities of this hotel were simply luxurious, fulfilling our every need. the spacious room was elegantly decorated and practical, with a particularly comfortable bed. the outdoor swimming pool was simply divine with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the entertainment in the bar area was also top-notch. To summarize, service, location, and restaurant, were all impeccable.
The lifts were quite slow, which made it a bit difficult when we wanted to access the rooftop pool. There were only two lifts that went to the rooftop, and often, we had to go to the lobby to get in one of those.

The suite exceeded our expectations with two TVs, two bathrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning city views. The comfortable bed and pillows made for a great night's sleep. The gym was impressive with excellent facilities and daily classes with coaches. The club lounge had delicious food and drinks, and the staff were fantastic. The breakfast spread was wide-ranging and included fresh juices. The hotel's convenient location was linked to Nana station, making it easy to explore the city.
Felt safe walking at night, nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, with easy access to Nana station by the BTS skywalk. There are also many shopping places nearby, making it a great choice for business travelers. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-sized, providing a pleasant stay for guests.
There were some issues with the credit card transaction process during check-in, which caused inconvenience for guests.

Excellent staff, from luggage team to Spectrum team on 29th floor. Relaxing atmosphere at bar and warm service at coffee lounge. Attentive breakfast team on 4th floor, don't miss the fresh juice bar. Comfortable, clean room with friendly room attendant. Convenient location near BTS. Nearby hotels may struggle against this innovative and renovated gem.

The location on Sukhumvit road was perfect for exploring the vibrant city atmosphere. The interior of the hotel had a modern style and was clean as new, creating a luxurious and comfortable environment. The staff were friendly and quick to assist with any requests or inquiries we had. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a separate shower and toilet area. The fine view of the Bangkok skyline from the room was a true highlight.

Cleanliness and high standards in the kitchen. Good-sized and nicely lit rooms. Friendly and thoughtful staff, with personalized greetings. Really good service from the club lounge and front desk staff. Comfortable rooms and friendly cleaning staff. Easy-to-connect wifi.
